Bed Bug
Inspections

Confirming a bed bug infestation — and understanding its full extent — is the critical first step. Bed bugs are expert hiders: mattress seams, box spring folds, headboard crevices, behind outlet covers, inside picture frames, and deep in furniture joints.
Our inspection protocol is methodical. Every room is checked systematically, evidence is documented, and we map the exact locations of activity before building a treatment plan — giving you confidence in the approach.

Chemical
Treatments

Our chemical treatment protocol uses a combination of residual insecticides, contact sprays, and insecticidal dusts applied to every hiding location mapped during inspection — including formulations that kill eggs, which most consumer products cannot reach.
Treatments are applied to mattress seams, box spring interiors, bed frames, furniture joints, baseboard edges, carpet tack strips, wall voids, and electrical outlets. The goal is complete contact with every life stage: egg, nymph, and adult.

Follow-Up
Monitoring

Bed bugs are notoriously difficult to eliminate in a single treatment. Eggs may survive initial applications, and newly hatched nymphs can re-establish populations if follow-up is neglected.
We return 10–14 days after treatment to inspect for remaining activity, apply follow-up treatments as needed, and install interceptor monitors under bed posts. We don’t close a bed bug job until we’ve confirmed elimination.
FAQ

Bed Bug Questions Answered

Do I need to throw away my mattress?

Usually not. In most cases, professional treatment plus a quality mattress encasement will allow you to keep your mattress. We’ll advise during inspection on whether replacement is necessary.

How long do I need to be out of my home?

For chemical treatments, plan to be out of treated rooms for 3–4 hours while products dry. We’ll provide specific re-entry instructions based on the products and areas treated.

How do I prepare for treatment?

We provide a detailed checklist when you book — typically laundering and bagging bedding, clearing clutter from floors and under the bed, and pulling furniture away from walls.

What is your guarantee?

If bed bugs are detected at your follow-up visit, we re-treat at no additional charge. Details are outlined in your service agreement before we begin.
